Terms & Conditions

• Platform — swynobet.com and all related services operated by SwynoBet N.V.
• SwynoCredits — internal, non-monetary credits used solely to participate in in-house games on the Platform. SwynoCredits hold no intrinsic value and are not legal tender.
• Account — your registered SwynoBet user account.
• Deposit — a transfer of supported cryptocurrency from a Player to a SwynoBet receiving wallet, which is then converted into SwynoCredits at the prevailing rate.
• Withdrawal — a redemption of remaining SwynoCredits back into a supported cryptocurrency, subject to KYC, AML, and these Terms.

By clicking "I agree" at registration, or by continuing to use the Platform, you confirm acceptance of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the AML Policy, the KYC Policy, the Responsible Gambling Policy, and the Bonus Terms. If you do not agree, you must not register or use the Platform.

You may only register and play if all of the following are true:

• You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
• You are not resident in, nor accessing the Platform from, a restricted jurisdiction including but not limited to: the United States, United Kingdom, France, Netherlands, Spain, Australia, Singapore, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, and any jurisdiction sanctioned by the UN, EU, US OFAC, or UK HMT.
• You are not a politically exposed person (PEP) subject to relevant sanctions, or, where applicable, you have disclosed your PEP status during onboarding.
• You are not an employee, contractor, or family member of SwynoBet, where prohibited by internal policy.

Each Player may hold exactly one (1) account. Duplicate, shared, or proxy accounts will be closed and balances voided. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Suspected unauthorised access must be reported to support@swynobet.com immediately.

You must provide truthful information at registration and update it whenever it changes. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate closure.

SwynoBet is an entertainment platform. Cryptocurrency you deposit is converted into SwynoCredits, which exist only inside your SwynoBet account and can be used solely to play in-house games on swynobet.com.

• SwynoCredits are not e-money, not legal tender, and not redeemable for goods or services outside the Platform.
• SwynoCredits have no fixed monetary value; the conversion rate at deposit and at withdrawal is determined by SwynoBet.
• SwynoCredits cannot be transferred to another Player, sold, gifted, or used as collateral.
• On a valid Withdrawal request, your remaining SwynoCredit balance is redeemed back to a supported cryptocurrency of your choice, subject to KYC, AML, and these Terms.

• Minimum: the equivalent of US$10 per deposit.
• Maximum: the equivalent of US$2,000 per single deposit attempt. Multiple deposits are permitted, subject to overall AML monitoring.
• Supported chains are listed in the Wallet section. Sending an unsupported asset, or sending to an address not displayed during your active deposit session, may result in permanent loss of funds. SwynoBet cannot recover such funds.
• You must enter your sender wallet address during the deposit flow and confirm both verification checkboxes. Deposits with a mismatched sender address may be delayed or rejected.
• Every deposit is manually reviewed by the SwynoBet team before SwynoCredits are credited. While most deposits clear within minutes of the required on-chain confirmations, review may take longer for new accounts or anomalous transactions.

• You must complete KYC before requesting any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours. AML-flagged cases may take 24–48 hours of additional review by our AML team (see AML Policy §8).
• SwynoBet may request additional source-of-funds documentation at any time before releasing a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals are paid to a destination address you control, on a supported chain. SwynoBet does not return funds to a third-party address.
• Withdrawals while an active bonus is in play, or before its wagering requirement is met, will forfeit the bonus balance per the Bonus Terms.

All in-house games operate on certified random number generation (RNG) with a published house edge per game. Game outcomes are final once a round is settled. In the event of a recorded malfunction, the affected round is voided and the wager refunded in SwynoCredits.

You agree not to use bots, automated play, scripts, or any tool that interferes with normal gameplay. Such activity will result in account closure and forfeiture of all bonus winnings.

All promotional offers, including the welcome offer (150% deposit match + 500 free spins), are governed by the dedicated Bonus Terms. Participating in any promotion constitutes acceptance of those terms in addition to these Terms.

An account is considered inactive after twelve (12) consecutive months without a login, deposit, or wager. We will email you before applying any administrative inactivity fee, and you may reactivate the account at any time by logging in.

• Operating more than one account, alone or in collusion with others.
• Using bots, scripts, AI agents, or third-party software to play.
• Card-on-file or wallet-on-file chargebacks; disputing legitimate deposits.
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or any use of mixed/tumbled funds.
• Exploiting platform bugs without immediate disclosure to support@swynobet.com.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing SwynoBet staff or other Players.

All trademarks, logos, game content, source code, designs, and copy on the Platform belong to SwynoBet or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for personal entertainment only. No other rights are granted by these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwynoBet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of the Platform. SwynoBet's aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the lower of (i) the total deposits made by you in the ninety (90) days preceding the claim, or (ii) US$1,000.

You agree to indemnify SwynoBet against any claim brought by a third party arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, or your infringement of any third-party right.

SwynoBet is not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including blockchain outages, denial-of-service attacks, regulatory action, natural disaster, war, terrorism, or general internet outage.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to SwynoBet N.V. under its licensing framework. You agree to attempt good-faith resolution by emailing support@swynobet.com before initiating any formal proceeding. Unresolved disputes are subject to the competent courts of SwynoBet's licensing jurisdiction.

Where local law grants you mandatory consumer rights, nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

SwynoBet may amend these Terms at any time. Material changes are posted on the Platform and, where required by law, communicated by email. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. The invalid provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the parties' original intent.
