Scope & Controller
The data controller is SwynoBet N.V., a company licensed and regulated under License No. ALSI-202605013-FD1 (registration 31-102-9533229). All privacy correspondence must be directed to support@swynobet.com.
This policy applies to all processing activities carried out on or through swynobet.com, our APIs, support channels, and any subdomains operated by us. It does not cover third-party websites you may reach through links posted on the platform.
Data We Collect
We collect only what is required to operate, secure, and improve the platform:
- Account data — username, email, hashed password, account creation date, language and currency display preferences, marketing opt-ins.
- KYC / identity data — full legal name, date of birth, residential address, nationality, government-issued ID images, selfie/liveness capture, and proof of address. These categories are treated as sensitive personal data.
- Source-of-funds data — bank statements, payslips, or other documentation requested during Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD).
- Financial / on-chain data — deposit transaction hashes, sender wallet addresses, withdrawal destination addresses, ledger entries, internal SwynoCredits balances.
- Gameplay data — bets placed, outcomes, session length, game preferences, bonus participation, and wagering progression.
- Device / technical data — IP address, browser fingerprint, device type, operating system, time-zone, referral URL, and security event logs.
- Support data — messages you send to support, KYC review notes, AML case notes (admin-only).
Legal Bases for Processing

- Investigating suspicious activity, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, and chargebacks.

Encryption & Storage
Security is engineered into every layer of the platform:
- AES-256 at rest for sensitive PII fields, using a managed vault. Encryption keys are stored separately from the database and never exposed in application code.
- TLS 1.2+ in transit for every connection between your browser, our edge, and our backend.
- KYC document storage — uploaded documents live in private storage and are released only to authorized reviewers on a need-to-know basis.
- Access control — sensitive customer data is restricted to authorized personnel under strict internal controls, with monitoring and accountability for every review.
- 2FA-ready — accounts can enable two-factor authentication for sign-in.
Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as required:
- Account & KYC records — kept for the lifetime of your account and at least five (5) years after closure, to meet AML record-keeping obligations.
- Transaction logs — five (5) years minimum.
- Security & audit logs — up to twelve (12) months.
- Marketing data — deleted on opt-out or after 24 months of inactivity.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
- Request rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request erasure, subject to AML/legal retention obligations.
- Restrict or object to certain processing.
- Receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format.
- Withdraw consent for marketing at any time.
- Lodge a complaint with the relevant data-protection authority.

International Transfers
Personal data may be processed in countries outside your country of residence, including jurisdictions used by our hosting, KYC, and chain-analytics providers. Where this happens we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent legal mechanisms to ensure your data remains protected.
Protection of Minors
SwynoBet is strictly an 18+ platform. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we discover an underage account, the account is closed immediately, balances are voided, and any KYC documents are deleted (subject to legal retention obligations).
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes are announced on the platform and, where required, by email at least fourteen (14) days before they take effect. Continued use of swynobet.com after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
