Bonus Terms

• One bonus is active at a time. You must finish or forfeit the current bonus before claiming the next.
• Only one promotion per Player, household, IP address, device family, or payment source unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus offers are not available to Players resident in certain restricted countries (see §10).
• SwynoBet may decline, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time, including for an individual Player where abuse is suspected.

The current welcome offer is 150% deposit match + 500 free spinson your first qualifying deposit.

• Minimum qualifying deposit: US$20 equivalent.
• Maximum bonus credit: US$1,500 equivalent.
• Free spins are awarded on a featured slot announced on the promotion page at the time of the offer.
• The welcome offer must be opted into during or immediately after the first deposit.

Bonus credit and free-spin winnings carry a wagering requirement of 35× the bonus amount. Wagering must be completed within thirty (30) days of bonus issue, after which any unconverted bonus and associated winnings are forfeited.

Wagering progress is calculated only on settled bets placed with bonus funds. Cancelled rounds, voided bets, and rounds settled at break-even do not count.

Different game categories contribute to wagering as follows:

• Video poker, scratch & instant-win — 25%
• Roulette, blackjack, baccarat, casino poker (RNG) — 10%
• Live casino tables — 5%
• Sports & jackpot games — 0% (excluded)

While a bonus is active, the maximum allowed bet per round is US$5 equivalent. Doubling-up features, ante side-bets, and total stake (including splits in blackjack) all count toward this cap. Exceeding the cap voids the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

Bonus credit and free spins expire 30 days after issue. Free spins additionally expire 7 days after issue if not played. Any unconverted bonus balance and associated winnings are removed at expiry.

The maximum amount that can be converted from a bonus into withdrawable SwynoCredits is 10× the qualifying deposit. Anything above that cap is forfeited at the moment of conversion. This cap protects the integrity of the promotional ecosystem and is enforced automatically — there are no manual exceptions.

• Each free spin carries a fixed nominal value, displayed on the bonus card before activation.
• Free-spin winnings are issued as bonus credit and are subject to the 35× wagering and 10× deposit win cap defined above.
• Free spins are valid only on the featured slot specified in the offer.
• Maximum win from a single free-spin campaign is US$500 equivalent unless the offer states otherwise.

SwynoBet operates an automated and manual anti-abuse system. The following practices are strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus credit and bonus winnings, closure of the offending account(s), and where appropriate forfeiture of the qualifying deposit:

• Holding or operating more than one SwynoBet account, alone or with others.
• Sharing an IP address, device fingerprint, payment source, or household with another Player participating in the same promotion.
• Use of VPN, proxy, Tor, or any tool that disguises geolocation while claiming a promotion.
• Coordinated play across multiple accounts ("chip-dumping", collusion, group bonus hunting).
• Low-risk-betting strategies designed to grind through wagering with minimal variance — including but not limited to opposing-outcome bets on table games, near-zero-variance slot exploits, and martingale chains.
• Use of bots, scripts, AI agents, or any automated play during the wagering period.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing the qualifying deposit.

Where abuse is proven, SwynoBet may, at its sole discretion, return the original qualifying deposit minus reasonable processing costs. Findings may be shared with chain-analytics partners, payment processors, and regulators where lawful.

Promotions are not available to Players resident in jurisdictions where receipt of a bonus may breach local law, or in jurisdictions identified by SwynoBet as historically high-risk for bonus abuse. The current restricted list is published inside the promotion modal at the time of claim.

SwynoBet reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, including for typographical errors, technical malfunction, or where the promotion produces an unintended result. Existing eligible Players are notified of material changes wherever practicable.
